AEROX 6200 Full Face Mask (Category 2) – a premium facepiece for UNIX-series respirators, designed for extreme chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, and construction applications in temperatures ranging from –40°C to +40°C.

The wide polycarbonate visor with AF/H/CR coating is fog-resistant on the interior and chemically/mechanically resistant on the exterior, ensuring optimal visibility. The hypoallergenic dual-silicone seal and lightweight design (≈500g) provide a secure yet comfortable fit without adjustment, while the four-point self-tightening harness allows for one-second donning.

The bayonet-style twin-filter system reduces breathing resistance, evenly distributes weight, and maintains a low profile – ensuring compatibility with hard hats and hearing protection. The exhalation valve efficiently vents heat and moisture, while the removable inner mask simplifies cleaning. Replaceable components (harness, valves, sealing rings) extend service life.
